The Vision Series allows you to customize a system that meets your compressed air needs while achieving minimal installation costs. Instead of developing a package and then selecting on airend, we designed the airend and then built the package. Champion also built this airend specifically for belt driven compressor packages. This helps to maximize airend efficiency without sacrificing its lifespan. The rotor profile and airend results in minimal air leakage

Combining all of this with a compact footprint and one of the quietest dba levels around makes the Vision compressors a real Champion in the market!

Standard Features

There are several voltage options available including the 230V (single-phase available on 5 and 7.5 HP, 3-phase on 5-15 HP), 460V, 575V and a field convertible tri-volt package that can be wired as 208-230V or 460V. The tri-voltage offering allows you to stock multiple voltages in one package. For pressures, these machines will be available in 110, 125 and 175 psig. The cooling air flow on these units is top-discharged, which allows for greater flexibility when it comes to where the unit is installed. The VISION also series qualifies for the 5-year extended warranty program which will cover the full pressure range of the package.

• AirSmart Controller
• Includes several important features such as automatic start/stop and load/unload operation, and a 4 status LED display system. Its Nema 4 design and LCD control panel informs the user when service is due and constantly displays all the vital compressor information. Provides diagnostic feedback needed to keep the compressor maintained while minimizing downtime
• Flexible Configuration
• Along with the standard base mount configuration, the new series will come as Vision Total  System configurations that include 80, 120 or 240 gallon tanks and with or without our standard CRN dryer. All Total Systems will come standard with a float-type, zero air los drain, integrated enclosed fork lift slots, and stainless steel air supply piping with brass connection. Standard features with a mounted dryer include an integrated grade B separator / filter and a 3-way bypass. For applications that demand even higher levels of air quality, a cold coalesce option is available
• Small Footprint
• The VISION units offer one of the most compact footprints in the market with the base-mounted models measuring 26.5" x 30.5" x 42.95". This compact design has not sacrificed serviceability at all in order to attain the small footprint. The enclosure panels are quickly removed with a half turn of a few twist locks. Once the panels have been removed, the belts along with the easy spin-on/spin-off oil filter and separator can easily be inspected or replaced. All components are very accessible to make servicing the product as easy and simple as possible

• Keeping noise levels at an acceptable range makes communication easier and can help to make workers more productive. At 67 dBA for te 5 hp and 68 dBA for the 7.5 hp unit, you will not find a quieter air compressor in the industry! This allows for the air compressor to be installed near the point of use which can lower compressor installation costs. With the new Vision Series, you are receiving the true sound rating of the unit
